Adam Stotsky nominated President of MRC Live & Alternative

MBC has tapped NBC Universal Alum Adam Stotsky as president of the newly formed MRC Live & Alternative, which will manage the Dick Clark production activities.

The MRC has gradually shut down Dick Clark Prods. Manik Stotsky will oversee a department that produces major award franchises, including the American Music Awards, the Academy of Country Music Awards, and ABC’s annual New Year’s Eve special, “Ryan Sext with Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin ‘Eve.”

Stokesky’s rental is a sign that MRC wants to invest in its live events and unpublished production capacity after a long period of uncertainty surrounding Dick Clark Products. The company was bought from potential buyers a few years ago and in 2017 the Chinese team came close to being sold to Dalian Wonder.

“Adam MRC is in a good position for live and alternative leadership as we go through rapid growth and innovation. He has a lot of experience in space and a reputation for creating iconic brands and franchises,” said Modi Wizick and MRC co-CEO and Asif Sachu. .

Is partnered with MRC Diversity The parent company PMRC is a joint venture that PMRC resides in Diversity, Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, Rolling Stone and Vibe, among other resources. MRC is working to develop music and performance-based projects with Live & Alternative Rolling Stone, Billboard, Vibe and other brands.

Stotsky came out of NBC Universal in 2019 after nearly 20 years with the company, where he rose to lead e! Entertainment TV.
