Annie Worshiping Dead: Tess ‘The Last of Us’, ’24’ Actor Turns 45

Annie Warching, an actor best known for her roles on “24” and “Bosh” and for voicing Tess in the 2013 video game “The Last of Us,” has died after a battle with cancer. He was 45.

Wersching’s death was confirmed through a GoFundMe campaign, which was set aside to provide financial support for the actress’ family. The campaign is done to share By Alexi Hawley, showrunner of “The Rookie” as well as “The Last of Us” creative director Neil Druckman.

“We just lost a beautiful artist and human being. My heart is broken,” Druckman wrote.

St. Louis, Mo. Born in, Warching began his career at age 24, appearing in “Star Trek: Enterprise.” Before her recurring role as Renee Walker on “24,” Warsing would appear in several series — including “Frasier,” “Supernatural” and “Charmed.” Following his role on “24,” Warching will join “Timeless,” “The Vampire Diaries” and “Extant” as a recurring character in each series. Wersching also appears in “Prunaways” and “The Rookie”.

Worching is survived by her husband, Stephen, and three sons, Eddie, Ozzie and Archie.
