Audiomac Hosts ‘Music Moving Forward’ Series with Daily Virtual Panels – Variety

Music streaming platform Audiomac is launching a week of virtual panels starting today (May 11). The five-day event featured top business executives under the banner “Moving Music Forward – An Industry Talk” and Focus on specific sectors every day (3pm PST to 4pm EST). Speakers scheduled to attend include Rock Nations vice-president Omar Grant, 21 Chavez co-manager Mizi, marketing EMPIR VP Peter Kadin and Purple Agency’s Carrington Harris.
The first session of A&R is attended by panelist Justice Biden, co-founder of LVRN, Epic Records VP of A&R Erica Coulter, Rock Nations Grant, BMG VP of A&R Raj Jadeja, senior director of R&R Branda Ringo and ENRONZ.
Tuesday’s panel will focus on management, then marketing (May 13), promotion (May 14) and creative (May 15). Each panel will be co-hosted by Audiomac’s own Jason Johnson (senior director of marketing and brand strategy) and co-founder Dave McLean.
Audiomac was founded in 2012 by friends McLean and Dave Ponte and can count on more than that. Five million active users per day. The platform gives artists and creators the ability to share content for free to help them expand their audience and fanbase. Notable users include Chance the Rapper, whose standout “Acid Rap” Mixtape was an audiomack success and Eminem, whose machine ”Premiered on the platform.
