Bought Glamgro’s Shannon Delimore Enquino Mansion – Variety

A brand-new home in Enkino’s growing Los Angeles neighborhood recently sold for 6.5 million, and tax records show that the buyer was easily a corporate entity affiliated with Shannon Delimore, an entrepreneur who owned an organization called Beauty and Skincare Jugarnet Glamgloro.

Enkino’s very best neighbor is present in one of the pockets, almost. The 8,500-square-foot mansion leads from its Knoll throne to the Gated Motorcourt via a long driveway overlooking the surrounding surroundings. Described as a “stunning transitional home” in marketing materials, the house is not like many expensive modern farmhouses that have become popular in the region, such as Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s new $ 14 million Ensino residence.

There are 5 bedrooms, a total of 7.5 baths and many custom pocket doors that lead to different parts of the half acre lot garden. Outside, mature trees lend the property a park-like environment, but the backyard includes a complete renovation of the expected luxury amenities: there is a firepit, built-in BBQ center, pool / spa with waterfall and a cabana cab with bathroom and changing facilities.

The high-end skincare company began selling exclusively fast-acting mood masks before expanding retail reach to include a myriad array of beauty and skincare products. Just five years after its inception in 2010, Boozy Enterprise acquired Estee Loader for an undisclosed amount and remains one of the fastest growing skincare companies in the world.

Although the terms of the Glamgro acquisition were kept secret, they were enough to create both Delimore and his former bonafide real estate mogul. Property records show he currently owns a second Encino Mans in Escrow, valued at about $ 4.3 million, while he owns two more Encino estates, bought for a total of about 10 10 million.

Some of Delimore’s nearest new neighbors include “Housewives of Beverly Hills on the River” cast member Dorit Kemsley – who recently relocated to her own 6.5 million modern farmhouse – YouTuber Joe Gracefa and psychic medium John Edwards.
