Big Hit Entertainment, a South Korean music production, artist management and publishing company, whose roster of artists includes K-pop bands BTS and Tomor X Together, has redesigned its senior management team.

Founder and CEO Bang C-Hyuk has also taken on the role of chairman. He will now be supported by Lenzo Eun as CEO worldwide and Jian Park as CEO at the head office. C-Huek will oversee the company’s core business, continuing to oversee music production and creative activities.

Eun, formerly CEO of Business Group at Big Hit, will now be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s global strategy. While focusing on concert, IP and platform businesses, Eun will expand its role in the development of big hits in new markets, particularly in North America and Japan. To achieve this, Big Hit has established Big Hit America in the U.S. based in the U.S. office, Eun will partner with a “top-level” corporation and use a “localization strategy”.

Park, who previously served as CEO of Nexon Korea and Nexon as Global CEO of Japan, will take over the corporate management of Big Hit in South Korea.

Big Hit said it has completed a “systematic process” to prepare for “innovation” in the entertainment industry. It added that it would “continuously innovate” and continue to grow its business by continuing its successful continuous application, but now based on a “more efficient and stable management structure”.
