Carrie Bronstein Listed Chicks Los Feliz House – Variety

Critic-acclaimed actor / musician and “Portlandia” ex-Carrie Braunstein checks out Los Feliz’s out of his hipster-approved compound, listing the property back in 2017 with a relatively modest bump that he wanted চেয়ে 1.7 million three years ago.

Slightly below Griffith Park and just above the main Los Feliz downtown, Bronstein Villa sits in the middle block on a relatively quiet street, walled and guarded with privacy and a gateway town originally built in 1923, the renovated cottage was listed in “Country English” style and designed. Downstairs there are crumbling houses – great for guests – and a separate dedicated laundry area, an attractive feature of this small, old house.

Above are two bedrooms connected by a hallway, one of which is now completed as an informal media room / lounge / music studio hybrid. These two rooms share the single full bathroom of the house, which is comfortable by modern standards but equipped with all the necessary toilet facilities.

In the back, Alfresco has a huge cedar deck with ample space for dining and entertainment. The deck overlooks the fairy-tale collection of sparkling saltwater swimming pools and ivy-covered terraces, mature trees and huge hedges of the property.
