Robert Pattinson, Lily Collins and Evan McGregor will co-host the Virtual Go Gala, the 15th anniversary of the Go campaign, on October 23. The Go Campaign is a non-profit that focuses on helping vulnerable children around the world through awareness and funding.
As nonprofit global ambassadors, Pattinson, Collins and McGregor co-hosted the virtual event last year.
The event will feature music performances and the presence of Caitlin Olson and Glenn Houghton, among the wonderful celebrity guests.
All funds raised from the Go Gala will continue to support the Go-Campaign’s global COVID-19 relief and efforts to achieve racial injustice against youth in the United States.
Pattinson spoke about the importance of funding for nonprofit support. “The Go campaign has a proven track record of bringing real, meaningful change to communities around the world,” the actor said in a statement. “The funds raised at Go Gala bring opportunities and resources for some at-risk children that might otherwise be left behind. Every dollar donated to the Go campaign is a dollar wisely invested for future generations.
McGregor added, “As part of the Go Campaign family, I have seen the organization grow and expand from the beginning. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a life that has changed dramatically because of Go it’s really amazing. ”
Earlier this year, the Go Campaign provided life-saving support to children and families through PPE, oximeters, food, daily health check-ups, homeschooling for children and access to vaccinations.
The event will be free for all spectators. Register here for the live event.
