David Gelb, a four-time Emmy-nominated creator, director and producer of the delicious Netflix document-series “Chef’s Table,” is looking to sell a celebrity-padgrid home in Hollywood for about িড 2.5 million without selling it for nearly বছর 2.175 million three years ago. Mountains. Located in Alu, above Beachwood Canyon, the more than 3,400-square-foot multi-storey dwellings were once owned by “Ugly Betty” and “Superstore” star America Ferrer, who bought three bedrooms and four bathrooms in 2006. It sold for more than ৪ 1.4 million and sold it in 2012 for just 1.25 million.
The lists that Emanuel Zuereb and Salvatore Zuereb keep on the compass indicate that the property is a suitable place to “resort to lockdown” with its turn-key style, heated swimming pool and outdoor theater. It’s another flight th from the street-level two-car garage to the front door and to the main floor accommodation and recreation areas. There is a separate formal dining room scattered outside the swimming pool plus an informal dining space that supports a luxury banquet built into a window corner. Described in marketing materials as “ready for your own‘ chef’s table inspiration ’, the implicitly employed cook-friendly kitchen is arranged around a vast island and features two dishwashers, a range of commercial style and marble countertops lush, ink-black tile backsplash. Upstairs there are two built-in desk spaces in a lofted space and both guest bedrooms have great antique chandeliers, while the master suite opens around a wrap with a cross-canyon city light view, complete with glamor bathrooms.
A narrow courtyard cut out of the hill has stone terraces, a heated immersion-sized swimming pool and an integrated sound and projection system that allows watching movies on a solid maintenance wall. At the bottom of the house, a series of stairs made with railroad connections is planted near a steep, low-lying hillside patio with a free-standing tree shade.
Following in the footsteps of legendary Japanese sushi master and Michelin 3-star restaurant owner Zero Ono, the 2011 documentary “Zero Dreams of Sushi” was made by Gelb, who has a professional hand in most but not entirely food related pots. He has co-created the Netflix document-series “Street Food”, is listed as the executive of the hit Netflix document-series titled “Trial by Media” and is the director of an upcoming documentary about the famous Austrian-American chef and eminent Wolfgang Pak.
