Crowds outside the Theatrical Cell Grand Theater were chanting the name of an American superstar in Italy as if it were an Oscar. On Friday night, Warner Bros. premiered “Dune” at the 78th annual Venice Film Festival, with the star-studded movie premiere looking at how Hollywood would throw a party in the days before the epidemic.

But in light of the current realities of the world, the stars of “Dune” যার including Xavier Bardem, Zendaya, Stalin Skarsg্ডrd, Oscar Isaac, Chen Chang, Sharon Duncan-Brewster and Josh Brolin সমস্ত have all donated masks completely inside the theater. Extensive 155-minute runtime of the film.

Timothy Chalamet, played by Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel, Paul Atreides, a duke of the future sci-fi society, was heard throughout Italy.

When the lights come back on, directors Dennis Villeneuve and Chalamet are greeted enthusiastically with a six-minute standing ovation, the longest at this year’s Venice Film Festival. (It surpassed the five-minute standing opinion in the narrow space of this year’s opening night film, “Parallel Mothers.”)

Chalamet was the main event in “Dune,” as he walked up and down the red carpet for about 15 minutes. The 25-year-old had a vague appearance, running back and forth between his co-stars, embracing Villeneuve and Ferguson, who played his on-screen mother, the bad-ass Lady Jessica. He even spoke to Toby Emerich, chairman of Warner Bros., outside the theater.

At one point, Chalamet – dressed in a shiny black suit by French designer Haider Ackerman – turned his face towards the camera with his cheeks and faced the festive screen and was seen quietly zipping his fly. And then, without a moment’s hesitation, he started yelling at fans on the other end of the red carpet to sign autographs and take quick selfies.

Upon entering the “Dune” cast theater, they were introduced to one to one applause. “Okay,” Villeneuve teased. “Let’s see a movie.”

“Tune” – a big-budget spectacle that costs at least 160 160 million to build somewhere between the galaxies of “Star Wars” and “The Lord of the Rings” – is a huge gamble for Warner Bros. Hollywood will take the risk of getting to the box office before the epidemic.

But late last year, Warner Bros. decided to release all of its 2021 movies together in theaters and on HBO Max, the health reality of an epidemic that makes it impossible to bring strangers together in an indoor dark space.

At a news conference on Friday, Villeneuve encouraged viewers to go see his film যা which is being released by Warner Bros. on a day-to-date in the United States একটি given a theatrical experience in cinema halls and the choice between watching HBO Max.

“When you watch this movie on the big screen, it’s a physical experience,” said the Quebec director. “We tried to design it to be as immersive as possible.”

Diversity Critic Owen Gliberman called the original Herbert novel a film “blindly wide adaptation” যা one of the most dense and sometimes incredible science-fiction novels of all time.

And indeed, the movie amazes viewers at Sala Grande, where security speeds up in the isles every 20 minutes to prevent piracy েষ্টা an effort that was understandable but at times distracted from all the fascinating experiences of “Dun.”
