Facebook has deleted ‘Immune’ from COVID-19 of kids claiming Trump post

Facebook has removed a post from Donald Trump’s page because it violates the social network’s policy of banning false claims about the coronavirus. A video clip of an interview with Trump on Fox News Channel on Wednesday contained content in question that he claimed the children were “immune” to Kovid-19.

“This video contains false claims that a group of people are protected from COVID-19, which violates our policy of providing harmful COVID misinformation,” a Facebook representative said in a statement.

Last month, Facebook pulled Trump’s 2020 campaign ad from service for violating a policy banning “organized hatred” with the Nazi symbol. The inverted red triangle in Trump’s ads was the designated Nazi symbol of political prisoners in concentration camps during World War II.
