From the premiere of the 2021 ‘Smash’ duo to ‘Something Looks Good’ Musical – Variety –

A new music based on the classic film “Some Like It Hot” will premiere on Broadway in early 2021.

The show features a book by “heir” Matthew Lopez and features music and lyrics from “Smash” and “Hairspray”! The team of Mark Shayman and Scott Whitman was originally scheduled to make its debut in Chicago in the spring of 2021. It is now leaving Windy City on the Great White Way.
