The team responsible for the music for Lifetime’s “The Clark Sisters: Gospel First Ladies of the Gospel” explains at a variety of virtual TV festivals how it recreates the iconic religious music of the family catalog. Executive producer Dr. Holly Carter admits that the sisters’ 15-year journey to bring the story to TV was often “discouraging”, but the timing of its release was also accurate.
