Irving Azaf’s son Cameron bought the Los Angeles Starter House

He is only 22 years old, but Cameron Azaf is already in a good position, leaving his mark in the entertainment industry. Irving Azaf, the youngest son of USC Grade and Music Title, has joined the Beats by Drill product team with Apple Music and has previous work experience with the talent agency Jugarnet UTA.

The pursuit of an art career in a Hollywood skyscraper has led to the need for art-worthy housing – and Azaf has climbed to the real estate plate, attracting 2.8 million for a two-story home in the high mountains of Beverly Hills.

Built and renovated in 1981, the 4,000-square-foot structure sits securely behind the wall and rolls through the iron driveway gate. Described as “Hampton’s-Escu” and “Cape Cod Contemporary” in the materials listed, the updated interiors of the home have a great entrance with a step-down, fireplace-decorated living room. The wide blade oak floors continue into the adjoining formal dining area and open kitchen, providing Wolf and Sabziro stainless equipment and a larger island.

There is a generous-sized family room with another fireplace, also downstairs in the maid’s quarters. The four family bedrooms are all located on top of each other – including three own bedrooms – with three masters, equipped with a seating area and bathroom with steam shower, soaking tubs, dual vanities and marble countertops.

The backyard of the quarter-acre property is permanently petite, but there is also an outdoor BBQ area with a patch of dog-shaped grass, an immersion pool and spa, and a place for Al Fresco food. The steep-sloping hill at the very back of the yard is so beautifully carved, a brick staircase overlooking the bridge as it leads to a wooden “relaxation deck”. At the front, there are three-car attached garages and the whole place will be monitored by high-tech security cameras for celebrity style protection.

It’s probably not so surprising that Azf wants to buy on this particular street. His older sister Allison Stutter – co-founder of the Mixed Strategy Group and occasional “keep up with the Kardashians” TV personality – has already owned a 6 million estate that is just down the road. Meanwhile, his parents are currently embroiled in a 16 16 million coup d’etat in Halambi Hills, LA.

Ginger Glass of Compass handles both aspects of the transaction.
