J-Z has teased a new collaborative track with Kid Cudy in the second trailer of Netflix Western’s “The Harder the Fall”, which has also created a rapper and business mogul.
The song titled “My Guns Go Bang” sounded in the second half of the trailer as Jazzy Beatz pointed a rifle at the camera. Playing various action-packed clips featuring Idris Elba, Jonathan Majors and Regina King, viewers get to see J-Z’s verse on the track.
“The Harder the Fall” is an epic confrontation between two fearless groups of cowboys and cowgirls. According to the official gist of the film: “When Illegal Nut Love (Majors) discovers that his enemy Rufus Buck (Elba) is being released from prison, he spins his gang to find Rufus and take revenge. Among those who have ridden with him to the west of this reassuring, justly new school are his ex-love stage coach Mary (Beatz), his right and left-handed man-hot-tempered Bill Pickett (Eddie Gathegy) and quick-drawing Jim Beckworth (RJ Siller) and surprise Opponent-turned-ally. Rufus Buck has his own formidable crew, which includes “traitors” Trudeau Smith (King) and Cherokee Bill (Laketh Stanfield), and they are not a team that knows how to lose. “
James Samuel made his directorial debut through the film, also co-writing the script with Boaz Yakin. In addition to J-Z, Samuel, James Laceter and Lawrence Bender also produced.
“The Harder the Fall” will premiere on Netflix and in select theaters in November. Watch the full trailer with the song below.
