Jack Bryan has announced a spring/summer tour for AXS, bypassing Ticketmaster

Jack Bryan, the breakout country star of 2022, has followed through on his staunch promise to avoid Ticketmaster for his next tour, as he announced a summer tour that will use AXS for ticketing purposes through a “Fair AXS” registration system.
Thursday’s announcement of his “Outing” Burn Burn Burn North American Tour” refers mainly to AXS — while referring to his recent angst only in the title of his latest album, “All My Homies Hate Ticketmaster (Live at Red Rocks).”
Bryan, who complained about ticket prices and practices for months on Twitter last year, seems to have his concerns assuaged by AXS, with systems designed to keep secondary ticket sellers or resale prices out of the picture.
Registration for Ticket Power Shots is now open beginning January 29 at 10 pm ET at http://www.axs.com/zachbryan . After that, the announcement said, fans “will be randomly selected to purchase tickets” and will be notified via email with instructions on how to proceed, starting February 13. The language emphasizes that accepting the email offer after registering is not a guarantee of being able to purchase tickets, indicating how heavy a response Bryan is expecting for the shows.
The tour will take place almost entirely in indoor arenas, despite the warmer weather months — where he recorded an unexpectedly aforementioned live album Snowy Night — and seven festival dates, despite making exceptions for two nights at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
After a single date on April 15 at the Two Step In Festival in Texas, the tour kicks off on May 10 at the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, VA and wraps up on August 30 at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, MO. Notable stops along the way include Los Angeles’ Crypto-Com Arena. An evening near the end of the tour on August 23 and a trip to New York’s Forest Hills Stadium on June 23. The Red Rocks gig is scheduled for June 26-27.
Tickets purchased through the AXS system “may not be transferred or resold for profit,” the announcement declares. In four cities (London, Ontario and Philadelphia, Nampa and Wichita) tickets cannot be resold, period. In all other cities, there will be a Zach Bryan AXS Marketplace site where fans can sell tickets to other fans at face value only.
