A film version of David Haselhoff’s “Knight Rider” television series is coming to the big screen, produced by “Aquaman” director James One.
Spyglass Media Group will develop a feature film based on the NBC action series “Knight Rider”, which produced 90 episodes in four seasons starting from 1982 to 1986. Haselhoff played Michael Knight, a mysterious agent for the Foundation for Law. Government (FLG) operates the technologically advanced Pontiac Firebird Trans M, Knight Industries to Thousand (KITT). William Daniels was the voice of KITT.

Spyglass Media was created a year ago with former MGM topper Gary Barber and Andy Mitchell and Milos Brazovich, vice-presidents of Lanton Entertainment, reviving the Spyglass brand. The company has recently begun development to reboot the horror franchise “Scream” and has teamed up with “Ready or Not” directors Matthew Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett to rethink their roles with Courtney Cox and David Arquette.
