Veteran, emerging sports entrepreneur and civil rights attorney in the entertainment industry, Jeff Kawatinetz, co-founder of the three-to-three basketball league Big 3, which he formed in 2017 with actor-musician Ice Cube, is raising 4.8 million in a wide space. The price tag is home to LA’s once fun-filled picturesque canal, now the fashionable and overly expensive beach community in Venice. Property records show that the firm’s founder and former CEO, Michael Jackson, bought the contemporary villa from legendary entertainment attorney and manager John Branker about five years ago for হিসাবে 4.4 million.
Michael Grady and The Agency’s Jagar Kroner jointly list the five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms at about 3,500 square feet above the three floors. The open-plan living space on the main floor is arranged around a three-sided fireplace covered with shiny stainless steel. Skylights fill the living area with natural light, and the dining space is arranged around a huge island snack bar for the kitchen with top-end culinary coating.
In addition to the two bedrooms that share a bathroom, downstairs there is a spacious family home with semicircular wet bars and a room with windows with wide arches featuring tile-accented water and a canal-side roof with built-in open grill. There are two more bedrooms (and a shared bathroom) on the main floor. The penthouse-style master suite occupies the entire upper floor with a great bathroom and tons of room space. A private terrace has a hot tub and a beautiful, over-the-roof view.
Tax records show that Quatinetz has long maintained a suburban-sized bedroom and 2.5-bath mount on a landmark 19.MIt didn’t sell for a decade ago in New York City’s Noho neighborhood for 3. 3.75 million, but it was available for just over কয়েক 10 million a few years ago.
