Jessica Parker, Matthew Broderick Plaza Suite Delayed Broadway Run – Variety

Broadway is now closed until Labor Day due to a coronavirus epidemic, with Neil Simon’s play “Plaza Suite” being pushed back a year. The revival will now run from 19 March 2021 to 18 July at the Hudson Theater.

Before it was scheduled to open on Broadway, “Plaza Suite” premiered in February at a sale-show at the Emerson Colonial Theater in Boston.

Three plays rebooted from Simon’s original 1968 production, “Plaza Suite”, tell the story of three couples at the Plaza Hotel in New York City, 719 Suite, played by Br Broderick and Parker. The “Plaza Suite” marks the debut of John Benjamin Hickey’s Broadway run.
