Katherine Davis has landed a lead role in the upcoming action thriller “Flute”. He joined a cast including Zaime King (“Sin City”), Antonio Banderas (“Pain and Glory”) and Tommy Flanagan (“Son of Anarchy”).
The film follows a freelance assassin, codenamed Flute (King), who is terrified by Anthony Green (Flanagan), a powerful tenant who killed his father, and who now seeks to raise funds for his former black Ops consultant Caleb (Banderas). . . Caleb went underground five years ago, starting a race against time because the flute must find and protect Caleb before Green and his mercenary assassins can find him. Davis will play the role of Hailey, the smart, intuitive and curious daughter of Caleb who has been kept in the dark about her father’s real profession.
John Kies conducts “Flute”. The film is produced by Jordan Yale Levine and Yale Productions with Jordan Bakerman, Kies of Highland Myst, from a script by Matthew Rogers, who wrote the trio’s previous film, The Survivalist. Shawn Sangani also worked as a producer on the film.
Most recently, Davis starred in the crypt TV and Facebook watch series “Mira Mira”. His other accomplishments include producer Dallas Snyder’s feature film “Run Hyde Fight” opposite Thomas Jane, action thriller “Trauma Center” with Bruce Willis, as well as guest appearances in “Magnum PI”, “SWAT”, “Hawaii Five-0”. And “American Store” for Netflix.
