A newly built estate on the coveted Westside in Los Angeles has sold for 8.4 million, specifically below 10 10 million. Located in a bolec and famous area of the Brentwood neighborhood, the Triple-Story house includes 10,300 square feet of mansion-sized living space, including six bedrooms and a total of eight bedrooms.
The new owners are 29-year-old entrepreneur Max Cutler, Spotify Executive and L.A. Native who co-founded the Percast Podcast Network with his father, a veteran radio broadcaster and former disc jockey Ron Cutler. Within a few years of its 2016 birth, the bootstrapped company had evolved from a fledgling studio that now produces dozens of weekly and daily shows, many of them into true crime, mystery, science fiction and history genres.
One of the new shows under the Parcast banner is the exclusive podcast hosted by Kim Kardashian West, showcasing his work on criminal justice reform, co-produced with Spotify. In 2019, Parquet Spotifier acquired the rumored amount to be over 100 100 million
