Last year, famous cult television show co-creator / writer / showrunner Josh Schwartz (“The OC.,” “Gossip Girl,” “Chuck”) sold his long-lost Los Feliz mansion in Ava Duverna for about 10 million. But he’s not diminishing – public records have revealed that “Nancy Drew” Helmer has just acquired a much larger compound in a thin, rich part of the San Fernando Valley in LA.

The 2.3-acre, তালিকা 8.1 million estate list is considered Sherman Oaks’ largest asset. The one-story house itself is set behind grassy gates and tall hedges with views of the entire valley. Originally built in 1952, the classic rank-style layout embraces its resin tightly and has recently undergone a complete overhaul.

The fresh house now plays inside and out of a trendy modern farmhouse with white travel walls, wheat-colored hardwood floors and casual elegant furniture. Facilities include a two-sided fireplace that effectively separates living and family rooms, an upstairs master suite with a dining kitchen and seating area with stainless equipment, a visually pleasing dual bath, dual walk-in closet and the same luxurious 9,000 bathrooms. To supply the rest of the structure. There are five additional guest / family bedrooms, all with beautiful views.

The back of the house also has a spacious lawn and long patio with plenty of space for Alfresco dining or socially distant entertainment. To escape the summer heat, Schwartz can breathe in Cole-Lane’s swimming pool, which includes an inset spa for a chilly night. There is a poolside cabana with changing facilities, an outdoor kitchen with bar seats and even a white sand volleyball court with firepit adjacent. Numerous mature trees encourage the property with a park-like environment that is endlessly desirable but mostly absent in the suburbs of Los Angeles.

Showat, 43, moved out of the USC to pursue his dreams in Tinseltown. He’s probably still “The OC” with business partner Stephanie Savage. The most well-known for such endless citations are “Gossip Girl”, which introduced house names like Blake Lively and Adam Brody as Stardom, although the producers of the series have been consistently busy since the show ended. Ongoing projects include the second season premiere of “Nancy Drew”, which premiered in early 2021, and the HBO Max reboot of “Gossip Girl” aired the following year.

Compass’s Aaron Kirman and Harpaz Realty’s Year Harpaz kept the list; Keller Williams’ Jeff Yarbrue Schwartz is back on the team.
