Ralph Fence will star in the world premiere of David Hare’s “Straight Line Crazy” directed by Nicholas Heitner at The Bridge Theater in London.
Fianc করেছেন plays Robert Moses, the strongest man in New York for 40 years. Although never elected to office, he manipulated those who were through a mixture of deception, attraction and intimidation. Inspired by his determination to improve the lives of New York City workers, he built new parks, new bridges and the 627-mile expressway to connect people to the outside world. But in the 15050s, grassroots groups began to organize against his plan and against motor vehicles, campaigning for a different idea of what a city is and what it should be.
Performances are scheduled from March 16 to June 18, 2022. Designs by Bob Crowley. “Straight Line Crazy” reunites fiance, Hare, and Heitner, who previously collaborated on “Beat the Devil,” in response to Harry’s response to the coronavirus infection at The Bridge in the fall of 2020.
