Show from Streamy 40 CBS on Pluto TV, free comedy center – variety

There’s more corporate collaboration here in action: Pluto TV is preparing for the re-flow of dozens of popular CBS shows and Comedy Central’s “South Park” – all under their common parent, ViacomCBS – in free, ad-supported linear TV style streaming. on Services.

Starting July 14 and running throughout the summer, Pluto TV’s new programming slate will feature 40 shows from CBS and Comedy Central. Viacom bought the Pluto TV early last year for 340 million. Overall, Pluto TV operates in 22 countries across North America, Europe and Latin America.

The free, ad-supported streaming space has grown in activity over the past year: Fox Corps bought Tuby for 4 440 million, while NBC Universal is preparing to launch Peacock (with a free-streaming level) on July 15.
