Universal Music Vietnam (UMV) has signed Vietnamese pop sensation Fang Khan Ling in partnership with Vietnam’s independent label Times Records (Hang Đĩa Thai Đạ i). The announcement came from Universal Music Group’s Hill, which opened UMV’s office in Ho Chi Minh City last month.
Fang Khan Linh was a finalist in the 2015 edition of Vietnam’s “The Voice” and released the hit “Hum Nay Tun Buan”, which has more than 250 million streams across digital platforms and more than 65 million views on YouTube. Her new single, “World Without You (Thi Guy Khang Anh)” was released on July 31 (see video below). This precedes the release of his upcoming album later this year.
