Tom Segura is a listed L.A. Home – Diversity

After being promoted as a relaxed contemporary in the already admirable Pacific Palisades neighborhood, married stand-up comedian and podcast co-hosts Tom Segura and Christina P. Pasitsky did not so surprisingly place their former home in the woodland of the San Fernando Valley community in the LA suburb. The hill is slightly below 2 million for sale. Alternatively, the property is available for rent at 10,000 10,000 per month.

A thick hedgehog in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the Woodland Hills, and all hidden behind an emojing gate, the updated 1950s suburban dwelling sits at the head of more than one-third of an acre of semicircular driveway. Coldwell Banker Realt’s Ricarda Ankenbrand listing, which does not conceal ownership of modern traditional residential property, shows that there are four (and more potentially) bedrooms and three full and half bathrooms in just 4,600 square feet.

Both the living and family rooms have huge stone fireplaces – the front yard and later a cozy office / den as well as a long sunroom. The updated kitchen with white quartz countertops is open for meals to flow through the natural light through the vaulted ceiling skylights. What was once a two-car garage was transformed into a soundproof media lounge and recording studio with multipurpose microclimate wall covering.

The three bedrooms – two shared Jack ‘n’ Jill bathrooms, the third suite – are clustered together on their own wings, while the master suite privately occupies the entire second floor with a secretly designated marble bathroom, a fitted walk-in closet and a children’s nursery. Outside, a trellis-covered dining terrace next to a built-in stone fire pit opens onto a flat, grassy patio where there is a stone-raised swimming pool and spa.

The new Pazitsky-Seguras excavator in the Pacific Palisades, bought more than 6 6.6 million at the end of last year, provides them with seven bedrooms and about 5,800 square feet more bathrooms. There is also a 1,000-square-foot underground garage, an end-to-end swimming pool and a terrace with 300-degree canyon, sea and sunset views.
