It’s not quite a castle for Diana Prince, but Hollywood film director Patty Jenkins (“Monster,” “Wonder Woman,” “Wonder Woman 1984”) and her author husband Sam Sheridan paid about প্রায় 4.4 million for a stylish Santa Monica home. . . Newly renovated and with a space of about 5,400 square feet, the five-bedroom residence is located in Westside L.A. Sitting on a main street with easy access to all its amenities.

Built in 1988, the two-story home has been described as the best of a spontaneous contemporary twist as modern as the ‘80s. Inside, wooden floors flow, large-sized windows flood various rooms with light, and white-washed walls await any A-list art collection.

The space includes a clearing window, a fireplace and a sitting room with a French door leading to the garden. The kitchen comes with a formal dining room and breakfast nook, which sports a denim-blue cabinetry against white countertops and top-of-the-line stainless equipment. Both Dan and the study offer woven rags for a hint of comfort.

A skylit staircase leads upstairs, where the master suite offers a vaulted ceiling, private balcony and spa-style bath. At least the guest bedroom also overlooks the two grassy backyards, which are simply landscaped and surrounded by a stone patio surrounded by an immersion pool and spa. Divided into the far back corner of the list, accessible via a discreet alley, is a three-car isolated garage that “lends itself to expanding itself as a guesthouse as a genius”, according to the list.

Jenkins, 49, was born in Southern California but was originally born in Lawrence, uninhabited Midwest, Kansas. In 2000, he graduated as a director at the AFI Conservatory of the American Film Institute. Three years later, she directed her first film, the critically acclaimed “Monster”, although she was not associated with any other Hollywood blockbuster until the 2011 Hollywood “Wonder Woman”, a smash hit that became the highest-grossing film ever directed by a woman. . The upcoming sequel “Wonder Woman 1984”, directed and co-produced by Jenkins, will be released in October.

The list was from James Van Crofton of Core Real Estate Group; The Church removed the Pence of Commas Jenkins.
