Marten Perciel’s Dystopian Road movie, “Everything Will Change,” from 2054, debuted the trailer before its world premiere at the 24th edition of the Zurich Film Festival on Friday, where it starred as part of the Focus competition. TF1 Studios is managing the global sales of the film.
The film is set in a dystopian 2054 after the extinction of all wildlife. The three young Mavericks set out to find traces of nature’s lost beauty, hoping to discover what had happened on their planet. The answer they have discovered lies in a decade – 2020 – when a bright future was still possible, but everything changed. “In this unusual road movie, fiction is the most important thing of our time: fulfilling the scientific truth to explore the extinction of wildlife. The future is our choice, ”according to a statement.
Starring Noah Savedra (“Egan Shell: Death and the Maiden,” “Freud” series), Jasmine-Bliss Bell (“Dragonheart,” “Trick or Treat”), Paul G. Raymond (“Black Mirror,” “The Educator”) ”), Wim Wenders and Marcus Imhoof, screenwritten by Percille and Ayesha Pregan, produced by Catherine Bergfeld and Martin Heisler in Berlin, Flair, and directed by Animic Van der Hell, a filmmaker from Windmill, Netherlands.
Parcel previously directed “This Ant California”, which won Best Picture in the Perspective category at the 2012 Berlinale.
The Focus Competition section in Zurich has 12 films from Switzerland, Germany and Austria. All entries are either first, second or third management work. Zurich runs from 23 September to 3 October.
